Midget

Softball is for girls of all ages from the age of 8 as of December 31, 2008 up to 22-year olds. The teams are of mixed ages with every level including two age levels and the kids play twice a week all through the summer. The games are played all over but the home park is Eringate which is situated near Eringate and Renforth. Games are played during the week with very few games played on Saturday. Playoffs for the Midget girls are held in late August, whereas playoffs for the younger girls start just after Labour Day.

The skill level is mixed and the teams are balanced accordingly, therefore, it is not too late for children that have never even played softball before to participate, learn and grow into well healed ball players well before the season is over. So don't be shy, come out and hit, run catch and throw with the rest. You might even learn some new skills, make some new friends, have some FUN in the sun and learn how to cheer.

Coaches are always needed so please think about volunteering a bit of your time to support your children and the community. We almost guarantee that you’ll appreciate and enjoy the experience.
